ABOUT THE ARTIST
Exploring presence, silence and the human form through painting.
ARTIST STATEMENT
ON PRESENCE, SILENCE
AND THE HUMAN FORM
My paintings explore moments of presence and absence.
Through the human form I investigate memory, vulnerability and the silent narratives that shape our lives.
I am interested in what remains when certainty fades — in the traces of experience, emotion and identity.
Painting is my way of slowing down, observing and making visible what often remains unseen.

"The human figure is both subject and metaphor."
– LENNART BORKENSTEIN
